Can you think of a Christmas when you did or said something you would give anything to take back? Or, maybe a Christmas when you made a decision you desperately regretted? Do you think back on past Christmases and wish you had not taken them for granted? Would you give anything to have one more Christmas with a loved one who is no longer here? Christmas is said to be the most wonderful time of the year – and, it is wonderful because of the giving spirit, the togetherness, and the warmth of memories. To some, however, Christmas brings up negative emotions. It is a reminder of poor decisions … [Read more...]
Why The PAIR Test is the Perfect Gift!
Are you in a gift-giving rut? Sometimes I live there! I search Amazon for hours and have nothing to show for it. Those nights are long and intensely frustrating. Occasionally, inspiration strikes and I think of something fantastic. Sadly, those moments are rare! It pays to listen and jot down ideas throughout the year. Christmas Fun: Christmas Treasure Hunting!
Another festive weekend is here! How will you spend it? Why not get some friends together and have a Christmas Treasure Hunt? Personally, I am not a pro at treasure hunts and scavenger hunts, but Eric raves about them. Other than enjoying a strategy game marathon, I cannot think of anything Eric would rather do than go on an exciting treasure hunt. Shopping, cooking, … [Read more...]

That’s why we’ve come to you tonight to make your Christmas bright.” This melodious line from the Smurf’s Christmas Special randomly popped into my head as I sat down to write this post. Each December, I watch the Christmas shows my family taped off of TV for me in the 80s – T’was the Night Before Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, A Charlie Brown Christmas, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and several more (old commercials are a special treat too)! Watching these old cartoons is the kick off to my holiday season. The familiar … [Read more...]
