I think most people would agree that opposite-sex friendships are okay for single people. But what about the non-single? Is there a point in the context of a romantic relationship (pre-engaged, engaged, married) when it is no longer appropriate to form new friendships with members of the opposite sex – or to maintain old ones in the same way as when you were single?
