This year, as Hindsight is our theme, in some of our posts this year, we will be revisiting, updating, and republishing posts which have received a significant amount of shares and/or interactions. We previously published a post called Twenty Ways to Tell Your Man You Respect Him (you are here ~smile~) and it became one of our most viewed posts to date. In all the lessons I have learned about men (in my almost fifteen years of marriage), one stands out above the rest: men need respect. I used to think that respect was something everybody had to earn. However, biblically, one’s father and … [Read more...]
Twenty-Five Ways to Enjoy Christmas with Your Special Someone
As an adult, the entire month of December is as special as Christmas Day itself, but the little girl inside of me still becomes giddy with excitement for Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning. Almost every premarital program talks about money, … [Read more...]

It is the season of turkey leftovers – turkey casserole, turkey sandwiches, turkey and cranberry sauce delight with a bit of mashed potato mixed in, and... crazed Christmas shopping. Ever since I was a small child, I enjoyed Christmas shopping and giving. How exciting is it to empty out your piggy bank, go to the store, and buy a small gift for your mom and dad – something just from you?! After I got my first part-time job, I went bananas! That Christmas, I purchased the biggest bunch of stuff … [Read more...]
