Yesterday, I was talking to my husband about some decisions we need to make. My concern was that I was allowing my fears to hinder Eric from following the path Christ would have for us. This is a big issue that needs to be discussed prior to marriage. Some women have big career aspirations, while others simply want to be homemakers. There is nothing shameful about wanting to stay home and care for your family. Who did the dishes in your house growing up? Who mowed the lawn? Who got up at night with you when you were sick? When you think of your mom, do you see a pant suit, a briefcase, a dress or an apron?
