Eric and I are happy to present, just in time for the Christmas season, our new e-book, Gift-Giving by Personality Type! Even though every person is different in their preferences, we have found through research that similar personality types are often drawn to similar hobbies and interests. In Gift-Giving by Personality Type, we list all sixteen personality type combinations from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and offer seven gift suggestions for each type. Learn Something Your Sweetheart Appreciates
Eric loves backrubs. After a day of sitting at a computer, tensing his back and hunching over to type, he appreciates some relief. First, he likes his back massaged, then scratched, then rubbed. After that he’s just moments away from Sleepy Town. Though I do my best, I’m sure that I could learn to give more therapeutic deep tissue massages. Unfortunately, at present, I have no idea how to give a therapeutic deep tissue massage. So how can you share your blessings with others in a practical way? When Eric and I got married, I came to find out that he had been supporting a Compassion Child for … [Read more...]
Our Fun Anniversary Tradition!
Eric and I recently celebrated another anniversary! On our first anniversary we started the tradition of giving each other the traditional anniversary gifts. Okay, so maybe this was more Eric's idea than mine, but we have both enjoyed it! ~smile~ For our first anniversary, Eric gave me movie tickets and a magazine subscription to follow the tradition of giving a paper gift on the first anniversary. This works out nicely since most couple can't afford elaborate gifts during their first year of marriage. For our second anniversary (cotton), Eric got me a cotton blanket embroidered with our … [Read more...]
