The Smiling Experiment
How many smiling songs can you name off the top of your head? "When you’re smilin’, when you’re smilin’, the whole world smiles with you..." "Smile though your heart is aching. Smile even though it’s breaking..." "Just to see you smile, I’d do anything that you wanted me to..." There are many! It was going to be great. The first month went well. I made some changes to my eating and started exercising. I lost about twelve or so pounds. Right on track! October had its ups and downs. It was not a new concept … [Read more...]
Our Ultimate Date: Dancing with Wolves!
Eric and I went on the coolest date! While visiting Colorado, we were able to visit the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center and hang out with some wolves – going into their enclosures and interact with them! Those who know Eric know how exciting this experience was for him. Eric loves wolves – and has since he was a young boy. We have wolf art throughout our home. There is something about these mighty creatures that has always fascinated my man. Perhaps he feels in tune with them. If Eric were an animal, I am convinced he would be a wolf. (Or a tiger. Or a lion. Or some large animal you … [Read more...]
